Workouts

I knew at my age the weight wasn't coming off with diet alone.  I was going to have to really get moving.  My awesome friend and co-worker, Andrea, introduced me to Leslie Sansone, Walk At Home.  The workouts are easy on the joints but really burn that fat and strengthen those muscles. 

My absolute favorite is....


There are two workouts to this DVD, Burn and Tone, which are only 30 minutes for each.  There is no excuse.  You can always find 30 minutes for yourself.  When I want to step it up, I love these two DVDs.



 
Both Andrea and I find the 4 mile workouts of Leslie's more challenging than the 5 mile workouts.  These workouts of Leslie Sansone's are definitely key to my weight loss success.  I alternate my workouts at least 5 days a week for a great loss on the scale come weigh-in day, Friday.  I LOVE LESLIE SANSONE!!

With the winter months coming up, I decided to add to my collection of Leslie Sansone DVD's.  They are more challenging than the others that I've posted.  I'm really excited to step it up and dig right in to WALK THE WEIGHT OFF!!
